SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

STANDARD SHIPPING: Standard shipping is via UPS or US MAIL based on cost- effectiveness. Once we receive your order it will be shipped from our Raleigh, NC location. We normally ship within 3 days business of receiving your order.

RUSH SHIPPING: If rush shipping is necessary, please email info@waldorfthings.com before placing an order if you know you will need to expedite shipping. 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS: A shipping notification, along with tracking information, will be sent to the email provided in your order.  Be sure to check your “spam” folder if you can’t find it.  Still having trouble?  If so, please email us at info@waldorfthings.com so that we can resend the link with your tracking information.

All orders are final.  However, if your order arrived damaged or if items are missing – WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! Simply email us at info@waldorfthings.com within 30 days of your original order for a replacement.
